Our ideal candidate has a passion for creativity, an eye for detail, and a heart for customer service.What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in floral design (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of floral varieties, care, and design techniques
• Ability to create arrangements for all occasions (sympathy, wedding, event, everyday)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
