Position: Floral Designer

Location: Debary, Fl

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and our team to understand their vision and design preferences.
• Create beautiful and innovative floral arrangements, bouquets, and installations.
• Source and select high-quality flowers and materials for each project.
• Ensure timely delivery and set-up of floral designs for events.
• Provide creative input and contribute to the overall aesthetic of our projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a floral designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent knowledge of various flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on a project basis, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Access to transportation or ability to deliver floral arrangements to event locations.
