Experienced Florist Designer

Job Overview
We are a luxery Flower Shope and we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Florist to join our team.

As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-pace enviroment.

- Design and create various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for different occasions
- Process transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Provide advice on plant care and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills
- Proficiency in floral design techniques
- Knowledge of garden and stock management
- Familiarity with retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Experience in cash handling and POS systems
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to sell products persuasively
- Understanding of landscape maintenance for plant health
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and workspace efficiently

Qualifications

-Minimum 2 Years prooven experince in Wedding and Corporate Events
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Strong understanding of retail math for inventory management and pricing strategies
- Proficiency in POS systems for accurate transactions and sales tracking
- Experience in floral design to create appealing arrangements
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision and accountability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
