About Us:
Flower Link W.L.L. is a well-established flower retail business in Bahrain, specializing in fresh flowers, bouquets, and custom floral arrangements. We are currently looking for a creative and skilled Florist to join our team and support our growing customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create fresh flower bouquets, arrangements, and customized designs as per customer requirements
• Handle daily flower care, including trimming, watering, and proper storage
• Ensure freshness, quality, and visual appeal of flowers at all times
• Assist customers with flower selection and provide design recommendations
• Prepare arrangements for special occasions such as weddings, events, and corporate orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work area
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Follow company standards for pricing, packaging, and presentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a florist or floral designer (preferred)
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and floral care techniques
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle flowers and materials
• Immediate availability preferred
