Job Description:

Load Karma, a growing logistics company based in Sector 82, Mohali, is urgently hiring Experienced Freight Brokers to join our dynamic team. We are looking for motivated individuals with a proven track record in freight brokerage and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end freight brokerage operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates and ensure timely pickups/deliveries
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to clients
• Use load boards and other tools to match loads with carriers

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in freight brokerage (U.S. market preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English is a must)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work night shifts
