Experienced Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant for Infant

Title: Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant for Infant (Castle Rock, CO) – Collaborative First-Time Parents. Live Out Position.

Location: Castle Rock, CO Live-out | 40 Guaranteed Hours

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm base schedule. Flexible scheduling is a valued part of this role — hours may shift week to week based on family needs, including occasional evening coverage for date nights or schedule adjustments. Flexibility is mutual and planned with reasonable notice.

Start Date: Mid-August 2026 (Baby due late May)

Compensation:$30-$38/hour based on experience and scope alignment. Candidates with demonstrated family assistant experience and a proven track record in infant care will be prioritized.

About the Role

A professional, dual work-from-home family in Castle Rock is seeking a full-time nanny / family assistant to join their household beginning when their baby is approximately 11 weeks old.

This is a role for someone who genuinely thrives in both worlds — confident and warm with infants, and equally at home running a household with initiative and good judgment. Both parents work in high-demand roles and are looking for a partner who brings calm, competence, and consistency into their daily rhythm.

Responsibilities

Infant Care

• Developmentally supportive play
• Wake window and feeding support (tracked in shared app)
• Bottle prep / infant meal prep (as developmentally appropriate)
• Child laundry
• Emotional attunement and responsive caregiving
• Occasional bedtime support (for date nights)

Family Assistant Duties

• Light tidying and organization
• Dishwasher and household resets
• Family laundry
• Calendar coordination support
• Potentially running occasional errands
• Proactive household upkeep (“see it, solve it” mindset)
• Occasional light pet support (letting dogs out, feeding if needed)

Household Environment

• First-time parents with a collaborative approach to infant care
• Two large, friendly dogs
• Weekly house cleaner already in place
• Busy, dynamic work-from-home household

Requirements

• CPR / First Aid certified
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable around large dogs
• Passport / travel-ready preferred (not required)
• Open to occasional travel (3–5 trips/year, not required)
• 3+ years of Nanny and Family Assistant Experience with at least 2 years of experience with babies/toddlers and at least 2 years of experience in a dedicated family assistant or nanny/family assistant hybrid role
