Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in multimedia production and digital-first design. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of proven experience in graphic design, video creation, and motion graphics, with a strong command of brand identity, visual storytelling, and integrated design. This role requires both artistic excellence and technical proficiency to deliver compelling visual content across multiple platforms.

Experience

• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design across print and digital formats.
• Proven experience in developing marketing and communication materials such as brochures, reports, flyers, presentations, event assets, and corporate collateral.
• Experience producing digital and social media assets (static, animated, or short-form video).
• Previous work in-house marketing/communications teams, agencies, or creative studios.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of animation and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro (for short videos, reels, or animated assets).
• Familiarity with presentation design using PowerPoint.
• Experience with digital/UI tools (e.g., Figma or Sketch) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of 3D or animation software (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya) is a plus, but not mandatory.

Competencies

• Strong sense of brand identity, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout across print and digital platforms.
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver integrated campaigns and multi-format designs.
• Experience preparing artwork for print production and liaising with printers.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt designs to different audiences and channels.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership, ownership, and the ability to guide junior designers when needed.
