We are seeking an experienced Head Nurse with expertise in both dental and aesthetic nursing to lead our clinical team and maintain the highest standards of patient care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and supervise nursing staff across dental, dermatology, and aesthetic units.
• Organize duty rosters, assign responsibilities, and ensure balanced workload distribution.
• Conduct training, onboarding, and continuous professional development for nurses and assistants.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-first values.

Clinical & Nursing Operations

• Oversee daily clinical operations ensuring smooth workflow between departments.
• Support dentists, dermatologists, and aesthetic practitioners during procedures.
• Implement and monitor infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
• Ensure all treatments comply with DHA, NABIDH, and PDPL regulations.
• Monitor patient safety, emergency preparedness, and proper usage of medical equipment.

Dental Nursing Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance during restorative, cosmetic, surgical, orthodontic, and implant procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental units, materials, and sterilized instruments.
• Document treatments, radiographs, and maintain accurate patient charts.

Aesthetic & Dermatology Nursing Responsibilities

• Assist doctors with injectables (Botox, Fillers), PRP therapy, microneedling, chemical peels, and energy-based devices (laser, RF, IPL, HIFU, HydraFacial, Cryolipolysis).
• Prepare patients, manage consent forms, and provide aftercare instructions.
• Maintain equipment safety logs, calibration records, and laser safety compliance.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of dental and aesthetic materials.
• Manage stock levels, maintain records of consumables, implants, syringes, skincare products, medications, and controlled items.
• Conduct monthly stock audits and ensure expiry/batch tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of critical items.

Compliance, Quality & Audits

• Prepare clinic for DHA inspections, audits, and licensing renewals.
• Develop and enforce policies, SOPs, and emergency protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation, NABIDH data entry, and electronic medical records accuracy.
• Conduct regular quality checks on patient safety, infection control, and sterilization procedures.

Patient-Centric Care

• Oversee patient flow to ensure seamless and premium experience.
• Handle escalations, complaints, and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Support patient education regarding procedures, risks, aftercare, and preventive care.

Administrative & Reporting

• Collaborate with clinic management on staffing, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Prepare nursing reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with insurance coordinators regarding treatment documentation, pre-approvals, and billing support.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to clinic development strategies.

Requirements

• Valid DHA License/Eligibility as Registered Nurse in Dubai.
• Mandatory: 5+ years’ experience in dental + aesthetic/dermatology nursing with at least 2 years in a supervisory/head nurse role.
• Strong background in inventory management, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages an advantage).
