Experienced Holiday Homes Cleaner

About the Role

Aurora is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner with proven Holiday Homes or hotel cleaning experience (if you don't have experience, please don't apply). The ideal candidate understands the speed, precision, and consistency required to prepare short-term rental apartments for incoming guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed and turnaround cleanings for Holiday Homes units.
• Follow a strict property-specific cleaning checklist.
• Capture clear before-and-after photos of every cleaning.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Ensure all apartments are fully guest-ready before scheduled check-ins.
• Coordinate with the operations team and respond to scheduling updates in real time.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes, hotel housekeeping, or short-term rental cleaning.
• Proven ability to complete multiple same-day turnovers with consistent quality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.

Schedule

Full-time role with flexible hours based on guest check-out and check-in schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation
