Experienced HVAC Dispatcher

Job Summary:
The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate has prior HVAC dispatching experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, and installation calls
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and sales opportunities
• Promote and sell HVAC services, maintenance plans, and upgrades
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details

Qualifications:

• Previous HVAC dispatching experience
• Sales and/or outbound calling experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology
• Experience with CRM or dispatching software
