Responsibilities

Install residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems

• Replace and modify ductwork and related components as needed
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and local codes
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions regarding installed equipment
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $18.50 - $32.00 per hour
