Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (After-hours and weekends only as needed)

What You'll Do

• Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards
• Deliver a high-quality, professional experience to every customer on every job
• Handle both new construction and retrofit/changeout installations
• Read wiring diagrams and blueprints, perform air balancing, and complete sheet metal work
• Work independently while being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment

What You Need

• 5+ years of verifiable HVAC installation experience
• Skilled in both new construction and retrofits
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Universal EPA Certification
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• NATE certification (preferred) or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Trade School (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
