Experienced HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC field experience (required)
• Current EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with residentialHVAC systems
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor less experienced technicians
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Oncall rotation (required)

Required Experience

• Refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak detection
• Installation and replacement of refrigerant system repair components, including:
• Compressors
• Evaporator coils
• Condenser coils
• TXVs
• Filter driers
• Reversing valves
• Related refrigeration components
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Maintenance and system performance evaluations
• Trouble Shooting/Diagnostic
• Personal Tools Required For Service & Repair Work

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment accurately and efficiently
• Perform refrigerant system repairs and component replacements
• Experience with mobile tablets
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding system conditions and repair options
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time while following the systems and processes
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices
• Contribute positively to team goals and company culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
