Experienced HVAC Technician

Colonial Plumbing, HeatingAir in Colonial Heights, VA is hiring a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician. Enjoy a highly competitive base pay of $32 – $45/hour, with total compensation ranging from $70,000 – $100,000+ for top performers. THE TYPE OF EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of HVAC experience (residential or commercial)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and quality work

You'll work a dependable Monday – Friday schedule, typically from 7 AM to 4 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance and enjoy your evenings and weekends. Our location south of the river means less traffic and a smoother daily commute.

As an Experienced HVAC Technician, you will start your day by heading out in your company-provided vehicle to serve clients across Colonial Heights and the surrounding area. You will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, using your diagnostic skills to identify and solve problems efficiently. Throughout the day, you will communicate with customers and coworkers, ensuring every job meets our high standards for safety and quality. You'll also enjoy the camaraderie of a team that values your input and celebrates achievements together through team events, cookouts, and outings.
