Experienced Immigration Attorney

Reid and Wise are looking for an experienced immigration attorney for our business immigration division. The ideal candidates should have at least one-year experience practicing as an immigration attorney after bar admission. Reid and Wise is an international law firm, comprised of talented and dedicated attorneys. Our practice focuses on business immigration and commercial litigation.

Requirements for immigration attorney:

1. J.D. or LLM degree from an accredited US law school is required.

2. Admitted to practice in any state in the U.S.

2. One-year immigration experience is required.

3. Abilities to speak and write Mandarin Chinese is required.

4. Previous experience in business immigration, especially EB5, EB1A/C, EB2 NIW, and H/L/O visa related experience is preferred.
5. Exceptional organizational abilities, including but not limited to the effective management of case files, legal documents, and schedules.

6. Capable of working in a team environment and being proactive with communications with clients.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
