Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: 4 days per week, guaranteed 32 hours. Mondays require flexibility and an earlier schedule of 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Tuesdays off. Wednesdays through Fridays are 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant who is currently 13 weeks old.
About the Children:
This sweet baby girl is calm, happy, and doing very well during the day. She is combination fed, with most feedings by bottle, and currently eats and sleeps on demand about every two hours. She is naturally easygoing.
About the Family:
These are first-time parents who are warm, caring, and easygoing.
Mom works outside of the home, while Dad works in Denver on Mondays and from a home office Tuesday through Friday.
About the Pets:
The family has one calm 65-pound mixed-breed dog in the home - all candidates must be pet friendly.
Additional Notes:
They frequently walk to nearby parks and amenities, including City Park and local museums.
They value kindness, communication, safety, and developmental support. The family is especially interested in someone who can help track milestones and who has knowledge or experience related to child development.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties, including all of the babies' laundry, bottle preparation and washing, supporting feeding and sleep routines, egaging in developmental play and tummy time, child-related tidying and organization, tracking milestones and developmental progress and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
At least 2 years of professional nanny experience with infants
Comfortable working collaboratively with first-time parents
Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate engagement
Calm, adaptable, and comfortable working in a smaller home environment
Experience or education in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but not required
The ideal nanny will genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors and engaging with the baby through age-appropriate activities and exploration.
Compensation And Benefits
Let’s talk dollars and cents…
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $28–$33/hour gross. Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of approximately $46,600–$54,900 per year gross.
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering 2 weeks of paid time off, sick pay, paid holidays, health insurance stipend, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.
Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
