Located at: E Belleview Ave & S Franklin St
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The family is happy to guarantee 35 hours per week. They are open to any four-day schedule that works well for both parties, with an ideal schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) for approximately 8 hours on occasion is desired. This would be needed up to two weekends per month with advance notice.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Children's Ages: Care will primarily be for a 17-month-old and, beginning in August, a newborn infant.
About the Children:
The oldest child is a joyful, curious, and active toddler who absolutely loves being outdoors. She enjoys music, puzzles, learning new things, and helping with everyday tasks around the home. She is sweet, attentive, engaged, and thrives with routine and structure.
The newborn is happy, healthy, and growing well. The family currently has a doula assisting during the newborn stage, and nanny responsibilities for the baby will gradually begin in August.
About the Family:
These two moms are both former professional athletes who now own and operate successful businesses.
Both parents primarily work from home and maintain structured, organized schedules.
Their work often involves golf tournaments and coaching commitments, which occasionally require weekend flexibility.
About the Pets:
The family currently has four cats. While pet care is not a primary responsibility, occasional check-ins may be appreciated when the family travels.
Additional Notes:
This family is excited to welcome their first long-term nanny into their home. While they have previously worked with trusted babysitters and childcare providers, this will be their first experience bringing on a dedicated nanny as an integral part of their parenting team.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties, including:
Providing attentive care for both children
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
Daily outings and outdoor adventures
Children's meal preparation and light cooking
Children's laundry
Maintaining and organizing play areas
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
Light cleaning related to the children
Organizational projects as needed
Supporting healthy routines and developmental milestones
Travel Requirements:
The ability to travel is required for the position. The ideal candidate will enjoy traveling and be comfortable accompanying the family both domestically and internationally.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
3-5+ years of professional infant and toddler nanny experience
Experience caring for both a newborn and toddler simultaneously
Strong understanding of developmental milestones
Infant and Child CPR certification preferred
Comfortable supporting a no-screen-time household
Active, energetic, and physically fit
Loves spending time outdoors
Organized and proactive
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with travel and changing environments
Able to maintain routines and structure while remaining flexible
Values healthy lifestyles, learning, and child-led exploration
Compensation And Benefits
Let’s talk dollars and cents…
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $35 - $45 /hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $63,700 - $81,900 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, 8 paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.
Any Additional Perks:
This family is also open to offering a health insurance stipend and travel opportunities, including international travel.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations
