Intake Specialist (Bilingual: English/Spanish) – Experienced in Legal & Sales
We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist who is fluent in English and Spanish and has proven experience in both legal environments and sales or client conversion. This team member will be the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a crucial role in shaping their experience with our firm. The ideal candidate is empathetic, confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to understand the client’s legal needs and determine eligibility for services.
- Clearly explain the firm’s services, process, and value to potential clients with a consultative, sales-minded approach.
- Build rapport with callers, overcome objections, and guide leads toward scheduling consultations or signing engagement agreements.
- Accurately gather and enter client data into the firm’s CRM and case management systems.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between intake, attorneys, and legal teams.
- Maintain high conversion and follow-up standards, including nurturing leads, tracking touchpoints, and documenting interactions.
- Review and update intake scripts, workflows, and procedures to improve performance and client experience.
- Provide bilingual support and communication as needed for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information and comply with all ethical and legal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm, legal services, or closely related field.
- Prior sales, customer service, or client conversion experience required—especially in consultative or service-based sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate complex information clearly.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple leads, and follow structured intake processes.
- Familiarity with legal terminology
- Experience with CRM or case management software preferred.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor, especially when assisting clients in crisis.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
