Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair
• Lead landscaping and construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Manage team schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to foster a productive work environment
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment usage, and maintenance logs
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert guidance on horticulture best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor projects with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and land management practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
