Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and skilled Experienced Landscapers to join our dynamic team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, functional, and beautiful environments. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and tree care. Your expertise will help create stunning landscapes that enhance property value and aesthetic appeal. Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy turf.
• Execute landscape maintenance activities including pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, and installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways.
• Use equipment such as excavators for larger construction or landscaping projects requiring excavation or grading.
• Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal watering schedules.
• Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.
• Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote healthy growth.
• Support construction projects involving hardscape installation or landscape redesigns with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during daily operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and repair of lawn mowers, snow plows, excavators, and other landscaping machinery.
• Familiarity with gardening techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation.
• Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers safely and effectively.
• Experience working in construction or outdoor project environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to the use of machinery and tools in outdoor settings.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
