Experienced Landscaping Crew Member (2+ Years Experience Minimum)

SRT Landscaping is looking for an experienced professional to join our residential service team. We are not a high-volume "basic maintenance" company; we focus on high-quality residential care, detail-oriented installs, and building long-term relationships with our clients. Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Maintenance: Perform precision mowing, string trimming, and expert hedge trimming.
• Full-Service Installs: Execute mulching, edging, planting, and softscaping projects.
• Hardscaping: Support the team in hardscape repairs and installations (pavers, stone work, etc.).
• Equipment & Logistics: Safely operate trucks and demonstrate proficiency in backing trailers into tight residential driveways.
• Problem Solving: Use your experience to find the most efficient ways to complete tasks while maintaining our quality standards.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years in professional landscaping.
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in the use of zero-turn mowers, chainsaws, and a wide variety of hand tools.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Reliability: Must be at the shop and ready to work by 7:15 AM daily.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well within a crew or independently as needed.
