Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand preferences and recommend appropriate services
• Apply, refill, and remove eyelash extensions with precision and care
• Perform high-quality lash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets tailored to each client
• Maintain excellent isolation technique to ensure comfort, safety, and long-lasting results
• Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
• Use MINDBODY software to manage appointments and maintain accurate client records
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive client experience
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices

Qualifications

• Active license in esthetics/aesthetics or cosmetology
• At least 1 year of experience in eyelash extensions
• Willingness to learn and master new lash and eye-area techniques
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills with clients, management, and team members
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to thrive in a fun, team-oriented environment
