We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Holds a valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Has 3+ years of professional lash extension experience
• Creates beautiful, consistent Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume sets
• Has experience with lash lifts, brow laminations, brow tinting, and facial waxing
• Can hand-make clean, symmetrical volume fans
• Has excellent retention and attention to detail
• Takes pride in delivering an elevated client experience
• Is dependable, professional, positive, and eager to continue growing

Your Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality lash extension, lash lift, and brow services
• Customize each service based on the client's eye shape, lifestyle, and goals
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance to maximize retention
• Recommend memberships, retail products, and service upgrades when appropriate
• Maintain exceptional sanitation and studio standards
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest

Schedule Requirements

• Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week)
• Must be available weekday evenings
• Flexible availability for weekend morning and evening shifts
