Lash Technician

At Lashes Make Me Happy, we're looking for a Lash Tech who's eager to grow their skills and build a career in lash artistry. We're a growing studio in the heart of Little Italy, San Diego, built on a culture of supporting each other instead of competing, real growth, and a clean, professional, uplifting space for our team and our clients. This role is great for someone newer to lashing who wants hands-on training and the chance to grow into more advanced techniques like handmade fans and lash lifts. Requirements:

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist
• Lash extension experience preferred, but not required; we're happy to train
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Available for day shifts (preferred)
• Must be able to work in San Diego or relocate

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour (hourly + commission, with room to grow)
