Responsibilities

• Perform a mandatory basic set of esthetic skills including facials, dermaplaning, Diamond Glow treatment, microneedling, and peels.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide professional product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly disinfecting equipment and treatment areas after each session.
• Engage clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their goals, answering questions, and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with current certification to perform esthetic treatments.
• Proven competency in performing a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermaplaning, Diamond Glow treatments, micro needling and peels. Competency in BBL is a plus and will support the higher pay rate.
• Strong knowledge of skin care products, sanitation protocols, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
• Experience in retail sales to confidently recommend products that meet client needs. Our estheticians share in the product sales in addition to the hourly pay rate.

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
