Job Overview

Nod to the Nanny is a boutique nanny placement agency focused on thoughtful, long-term matches between families and caregivers. Our goal is to support both nannies and families in finding the right fit — not just filling a position.

We are currently seeking experienced, nurturing Nannies / Caregivers to join our network to provide attentive, compassionate and reliable care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

We are looking for nannies who are:

• Experienced with children and passionate about childcare
• Reliable, professional, and proactive
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• Able to provide strong references

Open to nannies looking for:

• Full-time roles
• Part-time positions
• Occasional babysitting opportunities
