Experienced Office Coordinator – Dispatch & Scheduling

About Us:
We are a well-established and growing precast concrete company seeking an experienced office professional to support and help manage our daily operations. This is a key role for someone who can take ownership of dispatch, scheduling, and customer coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage daily dispatch and delivery schedules

· Oversee customer orders from entry through delivery

· Communicate directly with customers, drivers, and production teams

· Plan and adjust schedules based on workload, deadlines, and logistics

· Help streamline office and scheduling processes

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or office coordination

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Proficiency with computers and office systems (Excel, order entry, etc.)

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple moving parts independently

Preferred Experience:

· Construction, manufacturing, or precast industry experience

· Dispatching trucks or coordinating deliveries
