We’re seeking driven and results-focused Sales Closers to join our acquisitions team. This is not your typical sales job—we provide a steady flow of warm, inbound leads from motivated sellers (no cold prospecting). If you’re competitive, love the thrill of closing, and want to maximize your earnings, this is the right role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with motivated property sellers.
- Uncover seller motivations, build rapport, and present purchase offers.
- Follow a proven sales process while tailoring conversations to each seller.
- Negotiate win-win deals and guide sellers through the contract process.
- Keep detailed records in our CRM to track progress and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Dispositions team to transition contracts smoothly.
- Consistently hit (and exceed) daily/weekly/monthly closing targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales closing (real estate, call center, or high-ticket sales strongly preferred).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Communication: Native-level English fluency, confident phone presence, and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Mindset: Hungry, competitive, and financially driven—motivated by closing deals and hitting targets.
- Tech: Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools.
- Work Setup: Reliable internet, laptop/PC with i5 processor or better, and a distraction-free workspace.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Rate: $7/hour (USD)
- Commission: 2% on every funded deal (average closers earn $750–$1,250/month in commissions).
- Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonuses.

Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Must be available during U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
