Experienced Performance Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth through digital marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring measurable results. You will also work on building landing pages, integrating tools like Zapier or webhooks, and managing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
• Design and build high-converting landing pages, collaborating with design and development teams.
• Utilize third-party tools like Zapier or webhooks for seamless campaign automation and integration with CRM and other tools.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automation, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and continually refine strategies to maximize ROI.
• Create targeted campaigns tailored for the real estate sector.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices for digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign optimization, preferably in Real Estate company.
• Previous experience in a real estate company is highly preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including experience in building landing pages and using third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, webhooks).
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign creation, and automation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
