Bridge Law is looking for an experienced attorney who is passionate about personal injury and committed to achieving outstanding results for the individuals and families we serve. Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Washington.
  • 6+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on personal injury.
  • Strong strategic thinking, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Commitment to client-centered representation, teamwork, and high-quality work products.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with other associates, and paralegals to advance case strategies and maximize client recovery.
  • Engage with clients regularly to provide guidance, updates, and empathetic advocacy.
  • Participate in negotiations and mediations to secure favorable settlements.
  • Take the lead on litigation matters involving motor-vehicle collisions, premises liability, dog bites, and other personal injury cases.
  • Manage key stages of litigation with confidence, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for arbitrations, and mediations. (Most matters will resolve through arbitration or mediation rather than trial.)
  • Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies and position each case for the best possible outcome.
  • Participate in negotiations to secure fair and favorable settlements for our clients.

What We Offer

We offer flexible compensation structures based on experience, performance, and long-term fit:

Option 1: Base Salary + Commission

  • Base salary starting at $90,000–$110,000
  • 10–12% commission on net collections
  • Suitable for attorneys who prefer a stable base with performance-based upside
  • Strong performers who independently manage cases through arbitration or trial have meaningful earning growth

Option 2: Salary-to-Commission Track

  • Base salary of $100,000–$120,000 for the first 3–6 months
  • Transition to a higher commission-only structure than Option 1
  • Designed for motivated litigators seeking accelerated compensation tied directly to results

Earning Potential

  • Total compensation for experienced, high-performing attorneys often exceeds $200,000 annually
  • Attorneys with demonstrated trial capability or advanced litigation experience may earn $250,000+, with top performers reaching $300,000–$400,000 based on results and commission structure.
