Our experienced sitters typically earn $21–$35/hr through visit efficiency, tips (100% yours), and tight neighborhood routes.

What You'll Do

The work itself will feel familiar:

• Provide reliable care for dogs, cats, and small animals
• Follow detailed care instructions for feeding, medication, and routines
• Complete visit reports with notes and photos through our scheduling app
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and our office team
• Represent Queen City Pet Sitting professionally in clients' homes

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated pet care experience—Rover profile, vet/kennel background, or equivalent
• Comfortable handling a variety of breeds and temperaments independently
• Strong communication and time management
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Located in or near Charlotte, NC
• Able to pass a background check

Availability We're Hiring For

• Midday dog walks (Mon–Fri, ~11am–2pm)
• Morning, evening, and weekend visits
• Holiday coverage
• Overnight sitting and boarding

Schedules are built around your availability and grow with your reliability and performance. This is a 1099 independent contractor role—flexible by design, with long-term earning potential for sitters who are serious about it.
