Experienced Pressure Wash and Window Cleaning ONLY

Job Summary

Experienced ONLY need apply.

We are looking for individuals that have 2-3 years experienced presser washing and window cleaning. Must have good communication skills, able to follow directions and motivated to work. You need a valid driver's license and your own vehicle.

Duties:

• Perform pressure washing on building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces to remove dirt, grime, mold, and graffiti
• Conduct thorough window cleaning for commercial storefronts, office buildings, and high-rise windows using appropriate tools and techniques
• Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access hard-to-reach windows or elevated surfaces
• Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or other necessary equipment to ensure safe and efficient cleaning operations
• Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents during high-elevation work or when handling power washers
• Maintain all cleaning tools and equipment in excellent condition through regular inspection and proper storage
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure job specifications are met with quality and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience in pressure washing and window cleaning within a commercial or residential setting
• Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and confidently at various heights
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure streak-free windows and thoroughly cleaned surfaces
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred; ability to operate company vehicles if required

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
