What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our HR product team, driving innovation across the global employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll shape the strategy and delivery of digital HR products that support core employee data—like records and organizational structures—and key transitions such as onboarding, job changes, leader changes, and offboarding. You’ll collaborate closely across HR, engineering, data teams, and business partners to build scalable, user-friendly solutions that serve as the foundation of global workforce data. These solutions will create seamless, data-powered experiences that support employees through key career milestones while ensuring data quality and compliance.
You’ll be responsible for:
Own Product Strategy: Define and lead employee lifecycle and data product strategy that aligns with enterprise goals, responsible data principles, and drives measurable impact-
Drive Discovery & Insights: Guide discovery efforts by collecting feedback and analytics to gain insights and prioritize key areas

Lead Product Delivery: Ensure successful, value-driven delivery across teams. Manage dependencies, support agile practices, and deliver on roadmap commitments

Measure & Optimize: Track product performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously evolve the product to meet enterprise needs

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Partner with stakeholders across all levels to align on goals, communicate strategy, and share outcomes—building trust, managing expectations, and driving informed decisions

Mentor & Shape Culture: Support and mentor other product managers, sharing best practices to foster a strong, high-performing product culture

Who You Are:
- 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education

2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams and partners while managing 1 or multiple products

Excellent communication skills including the ability to lead, influence and negotiate with partners at all levels of the company

Strong strategic thinking/vision, collaboration and decision-making skills along with business savviness and relationship management skills

Demonstrated experience collaborating, influencing, and negotiating in a professional team environment, including using diverse perspectives and data to inform actions
- Product Management experience in a mature environment with understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery

Experience with employee data, employee experience lifecycle, Oracle HCM and other HR tools

Experience in a global enterprise with product strategy, scope and scale

Great balance of technical understanding, ability to use technology to solve business problems, Power BI, Jira and Confluence experience, and interpersonal skills
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $106400 - $144400 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:
This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
