Production Welder

Proskill Engineering Ltd has an opportunity for MIG and TIG welders to join our busy Production Welding department. The role will involve but not be limited to production welding using jigs to make components for medical couches.

Product specific training will be given to the successful candidate. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills with a rapidly growing local company with opportunities to progress within the business.

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience of MIG welding – 1 year experience desirable
• Experience of TIG welding – 2 years experience desirable
• Ability to read CAD drawings
• Be manually dexterous with the ability to use hand tools
• Attention to detail to inspect and assess welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity
• Be flexible and able to work additional hours when required
• To keep work area clean and compliant with health and safety regulations

• Compressed hours schedule of Monday - Thursday 07.00-17.00

Own transport is essential due to location.
