Experienced Property Consultant

• Promote and sell/leasing properties through property portals, social media, and networking.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures with clients.

• Provide professional advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and property listings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.

• Maintain knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends.

• Prepare contracts, agreements, and required documents in compliance with RERA.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing).

• Must have a valid RERA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).

• Valid UAE Driving License with own car is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate communities, off-plan, and secondary markets.

• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin are an advantage).

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.

• Familiarity with major property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) and CRM systems.
