Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively source buyers, sellers, and investors through cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive consultations with clients to understand their investment goals (ROI vs. End-Use) and match them with suitable properties in our portfolio (e.g., off-plan villas in Dubailand or waterfront apartments in Creek Harbour).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on RERA regulations, market trends, and developer payment plans to act as a trusted advisor to your clients.
  • Viewings & Negotiations: Coordinate and conduct professional property viewings. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve a successful close.
  • Transaction Management: Collaborate with our admin team to ensure all RERA documentation (MOU, SPA) is executed correctly and compliantly.

What We Are Looking For

This is a high-performance role. We are looking for:

  • Sales DNA: Proven track record in sales (Real Estate, Automotive, Insurance, or Luxury Retail). You must be comfortable with commission-only structures.
  • Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and keep pushing. Real estate is a numbers game; persistence is key.
  • Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a massive advantage given Dubai’s diverse investor base.
  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are highly preferred for conducting viewings.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to use CRM tools, social media (Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok) for personal branding, and property portal backends.
  • RERA Certification: Existing RERA Broker ID is a plus. If you are new, we will guide you through the RERA training and certification process.

The Financial Reality (Transparency Section)

  • Role Type: 100% Commission Based (No Basic Salary).
  • Projected Income:
  • Average Performer: AED 15,000 – AED 30,000 per month.
  • Top Performer: AED 50,000 – AED 100,000+ per month.
