RHK Properties is expanding its sales team and we are looking for confident, driven, and experienced Real Estate Agents who are ready to grow in Dubai’s competitive property market.

We are not building a traditional brokerage team. We are building a brand-driven sales force where agents are not only closers, but also trusted advisors, market influencers, and personal brand builders.

This opportunity is ideal for agents who already understand the real estate market, know how to handle clients, and are ready to maximize their income through a strong commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end sales of secondary properties
Follow up and convert inquiries and leads into successful deals
Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
Close deals and manage the full transaction process
Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams when required
Participate in property marketing campaigns
Create or appear in social media and video content when needed
Build your personal brand while representing RHK Properties professionally
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to company growth

Ideal Candidate:

Currently working as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, Broker Representative, or similar sales role
Experienced in property sales, client handling, negotiation, and closing
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Confident, professional, and target-driven
Comfortable working in a commission-heavy earning structure
Open to building a long-term career in Dubai real estate
Presentable and comfortable with personal branding or social media visibility
Able to work from Dubai and manage client meetings/viewings professionally
