WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR YOUR SUCCESS:

Team management: You are the contact person for technical and sales issues for the employees on site

Site management: You keep an eye on operations and ensure that everyday office life runs smoothly in a positive working atmosphere

Acquisition: With our help you can build up targeted customer relationships so that you have access to a large network

Accompaniment: Through sympathy, empathy and commitment, you will inspire both owners and prospective buyers. Viewings become highlights

Notarization: After you have found a suitable buyer, you "close the deal" and prepare the notarization

Party: We celebrate your successes with you!

Ideal Candidate

• Have strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, fees, service charges, competitors,..etc.
• Ability to attend transfer meetings to close out transactions
• Leverage your clientele, achieve monthly sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
• Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer experience
• Valid UAE Driving license
• Based in UAE

Role Description

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
• Provide clients with in-depth market insights and trends.
• Consult with clients to understand their real estate investment objectives and lifestyle requirements.
• Offer expert advice on suitable off-plan properties.
• Showcase off-plan properties, highlighting unique features and investment potential.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial client contact to closing deals.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the real estate community.
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED80,000.00 - AED300,000.00 per year
