Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively engage with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Handle residential and commercial property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Conduct property viewings and provide guidance to clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated with UAE real estate market regulations, RERA compliance, and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent/Broker in UAE (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• RERA certification (preferred; support will be provided if not certified).
• Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/other languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and online real estate platforms is an advantage.
