Role Overview

The Experienced Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions. This role requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients seeking to buy, sell, or lease properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Prepare and publish property listings on major real estate portals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold company standards and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market preferred)
• Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
