EXPERIENCED Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of managing real estate transactions from contract to closing with comprehensive bookkeeping duties, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout all processes. Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and closing documents to ensure seamless closings.
  • Perform detailed bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable management, and general ledger maintenance using accounting software - QuickBooks. MUST Have QuickBooks Experience
  • Reconcile accounts regularly by verifying debits & credits, balancing sheets, and ensuring accuracy in financial records aligned with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Maintain meticulous records of all transactions through account analysis and general ledger reconciliation while adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and tax regulations by managing payroll processing and tax-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate combined with strong bookkeeping expertise.
  • Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks familiarity with other financial tools is a Requited.
  • Solid understanding of corporate accounting practices including double entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of GAAP standards along with experience in governmental or non-profit accounting is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform detailed account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating among various stakeholders in real estate transactions and financial reporting.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
