Experienced Relationship Manager - Commission only

As an Experienced Real Estate Agent specialized in Off-Plan at Realtree Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers interested in off-plan real estate projects.
• Present investment opportunities and guide clients through the off-plan sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and brokers.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, upcoming projects, and pricing insights.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct follow-ups, and close deals effectively.
• Provide clients with accurate market analysis and investment advice.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
• Maintain all leads, communications, and deals in the CRM system for effective tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (preferably off-plan).
• Proven record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Dubai off-plan developments and investment trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic, Russian, French, Persian, or Hindi is a plus).
• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Professional, self-driven, and passionate about building a career in real estate sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated sales team.
