This Is NOT an Entry-Level Role.

We’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician who knows how to diagnose, communicate, and fix systems the right way.

You are the face of the company in the field.

You diagnose problems, present solutions, and deliver professional service that builds trust with homeowners.

This is a performance role — not just “run calls and move on.”

What You’ll Do

✔ Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
✔ Perform maintenance and system evaluations
✔ Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners
✔ Identify system replacement opportunities (when appropriate)
✔ Deliver clean, professional, well-documented service
✔ Turn over qualified leads to our Comfort Advisors

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• EPA certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overtime available during peak season
• Rotating on-call (as needed)
