We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage transactions from contract to closing with confidence and precision.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling residential real estate matters, including contract preparation, communication with clients and agents, and full closing coordination. You’ll work closely with our attorneys while independently managing your workflow to ensure a smooth and organized closing process.

Key Responsibilities

· Draft, review, and revise residential purchase and sale agreements, riders, closing disclosures, deeds, affidavits, and other closing documents.

· Coordinate all aspects of residential closings, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication with clients, lenders, brokers, title companies.

· Review title commitments, payoff statements, and surveys; identify issues and assist attorneys in resolving title matters.

· Track key dates, manage transaction checklists, and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are completed accurately.

· Prepare closing packages and post-closing binders; handle follow-ups on outstanding items.

· Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to guide them through the closing process.

· Maintain organized electronic files and use firm software for document and workflow management.

Required Qualifications

· 3–5+ years of residential real estate transactional experience, preferably in a law firm environment.

· Strong knowledge of residential purchase and sale procedures, title review, lender requirements, and closing processes.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and SoftPro. Experience in Qualia is also preferred but not required.

· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

· Ability to manage multiple files at different stages simultaneously.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
