What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective clients, listen deeply, and translate needs into tailored remodeling solutions
• Guide clients through concept development, layout planning, and design presentations
• Create proposals, project scopes, and estimated budgets aligned with client goals
• Use CAD or Chief Architect to develop layout drawings and design visuals
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams from concept to contract
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
• Travel to job sites and conduct discovery meetings as needed
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company growth

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of proven residential sales experience
• At least 2 years of residential high-end design experience
• Strong knowledge of remodeling and addition construction processes
• Proficient in CAD drafting; Chief Architect experience preferred
• Exceptional listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
• Creative, motivated, flexible, and team-oriented

Bonus skills: Production drafting, project management experience, familiarity with BuilderTrend/JobTread, Canvas measuring/scanning software.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 – $145,000 annually (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses)
• Up to $2,400 signing bonus (terms discussed upon job offer)
