Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company products or services.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or dialer systems.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
