Position Overview:
We are hiring a Professional Server to provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will be an essential part of our front-of-house team, working closely with both customers and colleagues in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server: Take food and drink orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with all guests and team members.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including cleaning and prepping the bar and dining area.

Qualifications:

• Experience in serving roles required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and working in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge or interest in Asian cuisine and beverages is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
