Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced servers who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidates have a strong background in high-end or casual, full-service dining, and genuinely love creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to all guests.
• Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Accurately take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong hospitality skills with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tables and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of POS systems and table service etiquette preferred.
