Experienced Servers Wanted – Blue Dog Cookhouse and Bar (Boca Raton, FL)

Blue Dog Cookhouse and Bar is looking for experienced, professional servers to join our team in Boca Raton! We are a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant known for our exceptional service, delicious food, and vibrant atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant (required)
• Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well with a team and provide a top-tier dining experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and service stations
• Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
