Job Overview

One of our clients is seeking a creative, reliable, and hands-on bilingual (English/Spanish) Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role includes a combination of office-based work and field work, traveling to supermarket and client locations to capture engaging content for social media and brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands current social media trends, is comfortable creating content in real-time, and can bring ideas to life through video and photography. This person should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage content projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel to supermarket and client locations to capture photo and video content
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Film and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
• Use camera, gimbal, smartphone, and other content tools effectively
• Edit videos and images using tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns
• Help maintain brand consistency across different clients and projects
• Stay up to date with current social media trends and content formats
• Organize files, footage, and content calendars as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commute to Hackensack, NJ
• Ability to travel to supermarket and client locations for content shoots
• Basic experience with:
• Camera operation
• Gimbal use
• Smartphone content creation
• Video/photo editing tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
